As of March 2007, MPG received the official confirmation from the Barbuda Government to enter a lease agreement for 60 acres of land on the East Coast of Barbuda called Pelican Point.

Barbuda, the sister island of Antigua, is one of the most natural and unspoiled island paradises of the Caribbean, consisting of a population of less than 1300 friendly residents but most importantly miles and miles of uninhabited pink and white sand beaches.

Because of this, Barbuda has been selected to be location for the construction of an approximately 40 suite and 15 villa luxury resort, making it one of the most secluded beachfront locations ensuring total privacy and tranquility.
